The Sales Team has excellent customer service skills and product knowledge. They work alongside individual customers and gain an intimate understanding of their business needs. The sales team is dedicated to assisting customers achieve their business objectives through the use of the most appropriate products and services.
The Architect Team has extensive product knowledge and an outstanding ability to prepare detailed specifications to define product configurations and services. They play an integral role in the pre-sales process and work closely with the Sales and Services Teams to ensure the selected products and services meet the customers requirements.
The Service Team ensures customers receive the correct hardware and software configurations, and enjoy the service of accredited technical resources via our Service Desk and 24/7 Support.
The Marketing Team works alongside the sales team in generating leads and ensuring customers are kept up to date with the latest in technology solutions through advertising, online communications and promotional events.
The Administration Team works closely with the Company's Sales Team in a busy and often demanding environment to process customer orders and expedite delivery.
