The Administration Team recognises that constant attention to cash flow, payments to suppliers, payments from customers, payroll, inventory management and taxation is paramount to ensure the business trades profitably.

Joseph Loader - Finance and Administrator Manager
(BComm and B.A.)
Joe is currently working in the role as Finance and Administrator Manager. He has been involved at Stott + Hoare for over six years in various capacities including inventory control. Joe's tasks include analysing and reporting on financial data, monitoring cash-flow and preparing monthly financial statements. He works closely with Jim Loader and the admin team to ensure the smooth progression of financial affairs.
Jackie Smith - Accounts Manager
Jackie comes from a banking/finance background with 13 years experience as a Branch Customer Service Manager, Area Manager and Human Resources Manager in the area of Training and Development. Jackie is responsible for Accounts Payable and also manages Stott + Hoare's Human Resources department.
Amanda Kelly - Credit Controller
Amanda is currently responsible for Accounts Receivable and has worked for Stott + Hoare in various capacities for over 4 years now. As a Credit Controller Amanda contributes to the success of the company by maintaining Stott + Hoare's financial security through collecting outstanding monies and being responsible for issuing credit accounts.
Scott Seddon – Inventory Controller
Scott has been with Stott + Hoare for 4 years, and plays an integral and important part of the team ensuring our customers receive their orders on time. Scott keeps track of all stock movements to and from suppliers and customers, and internally between departments. He is responsible for receiving and allocation of stock.
Vanessa Priestley - Receptionist/Office Administrator
Vanessa is the first point of contact at Stott + Hoare, providing visitors and callers with a warm and friendly welcome. Her two years experience in the role means that she can respond promptly and efficiently when directing callers to the right people.
Vanessa also performs essential administrative tasks and maintains the company's customer database to ensure our Sales and Service personnel can maintain excellent communication with over 2,000 businesses and government organisations
Mark Murphy - Inventory Controller & Delivery Driver
Mark is a very personable person with a clear understanding of the importance of excellent customer service. His role is predominantly driving the Stott + Hoare Mercedes Benz van and delivering goods to customers. He also assists our Inventory Team in receiptng in of goods, stock control and dispatch.
Mark has over 20 years of experience in Logistics and Inventory and is a great asset to the expanding Stott + Hoare Team.
Sebastian Loader - Logistics Analyst
Seb is currently helping out part-time in the admin department while he completes a Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Notre Dame. He has vast experience in the inventory side of the business which has helped in the analysis of orders and monitoring activities in particular warehouses.
