Jim is the Director of Stott + Hoare Business Computers and has 27 years experience in the IT industry including 18 years as a Company Director. He has a proven track record in successfully managing a leading IT Hardware and Services operation and achieving IBM Business Partner of the Year awards for an unprecedented five consecutive years from 1999 to 2003. He is also recognised by many businesses and government organisations for his ability to deliver complex technical solutions to meet critical business objectives.
Jim's focus on understanding business processes, building the best relationships with suppliers and customers, achieving customer satisfaction by utilising the best available technology and employing excellent service personnel that has resulted in significant reductions in the total cost of IT infrastructure for many businesses and government departments.
Clayton Sargant - Sales Manager
Clayton joins Stott + Hoare with 15 years experience in IT solutions. He has a proven track record providing technology solutions, including disaster recovery, storage, facilities management and outsourcing. Clayton heads the sales team with a focus of developing strong relationships with our customers and suppliers.
Paul Seigne - Business Development Manager
Paul Seigne is a highly experienced and successful Business Development Manager with a proven track record of over achieving set business targets. He has been in the IT industry for nearly 10 years and is extremely customer focused - having worked closely with and understood the differing needs of SME businesses, large corporate organisations and government departments.
Pauls focus within the Stott + Hoare Sales team is to build the best relationships with suppliers and customers - achieving customer satisfaction by utilising the best available technology.
Robby Meyer – Senior Account Manager

Coming from a technical background and with over 5 years sales experience in the Mining, Telecommunications and IT industries, Robby has technical expertise and strives to find the best solution to fit his customers’ needs. Robby has a strong HP knowledge background, and a passion for new technology.
Shane Bell – Education Customer Relationship Manager

Shane has worked in the IT industry for 8 years, with the past 4 years within the Education Sector. Shane is responsible for our IBM and Department of Education and Training contract and builds strong relationships with Schools and Educational Institute to ensure they receive outstanding service.
Brian Hawkins - Business Development Manager
BA (Hons), PGCE
Brian Hawkins joins the Stott + Hoare Education Team as the Business Development Manager, to assist the Education Team in providing Schools with the best technology to suit their needs. Brian has extensive experience working with a major UK Education Solutions Supplier, and, being a previous School Teacher himself, has an advanced knowledge of the Education system and the IT issues that Schools face.
John Gagel - Pre-Sales IT Architect

John Gagel has 13 years working as a professionally qualified and experienced Senior Presales/Solutions Architect and engineer. John has extensive knowledge and skills in Storage Area Networking, Data Management and Data high availability, gained in a wide range of commercial sectors, including Banking, Telecommunication and the SME market. John's expertise lies in implementing innovative and unique business solutions for clients. John is a great resource for our customers to utilise, and will be able to assist you with research on your IT infrastructure projects, making sure you buy the right products to meet your needs.
Sarah Kingham – Account Manager
Sarah joined Stott + Hoare from the UK and has been with us for over a year. Sarah began working in Sales Admin and was promoted to Account Manager mid last year. As an Account Manager, Sarah strives to find the best solution to fit her customers' needs. She brings to Stott +Hoare over 7 years experience in the IT sales industry. She is passionate about new technology and has a great drive to succeed.
Rachel Peters - Sales Administrator
Rachel Peters comes from a 5 year background in sales and has been with Stott + Hoare for over 4 months. As a Sales Administrator Rachel is responsible for the sales order process. This involves receiving the sales order from the sales team, negotiating the best price with our vendors, and fulfilling the customers' delivery requirements.
Amanda Kelly – Sales Administrator
Amanda began working for Stott + Hoare 3 years ago in Reception, and was promoted to Sales Assistant in 2007. Amanda has over 8 years experience in administration, and is responsible for order processing and ensuring customers' expectations are fulfilled and succeeded.
Tersia Ward - Sales Administrator
Tersia is new to Australia from South Africa and has only been in the country 6 months. Her background is in Office Admin predominantly in the Transport industry and she brings with her some outstanding skills and attributes. She is a great team player and just like the rest of the Sales Admin Team Tersia is responsible for processing orders and fulfilling the customers' delivery requirements.
