Please Note: As per DET requirements all UPS models will also need an SNMP card (Internal or External) at an additional charge of $330 Inc GST. Please contact our education team for further details.
All UPS have a 3 year warranty (2 years on batteries).

For applications with more than two standard file servers (for example protecting an Administration, Curriculum, Terminal and Proxy Server) plus communications equipment (for example the Cisco Router and the Cisco Layer 3 Administration switch), requiring a long run time when operating on batteries (when mains power has been interrupted).

For applications where a single computer (desktop or notebook) is to be protected. A pure Sine Wave UPS type provides a more steady flow of power to the computer from the backup battery power source.

In an Online UPS, the primary power source is the continual supply of output power from the UPS battery. The mains line power is the secondary source. Online UPS devices are more robust and would be suitable in schools ONLY where the mains power supply is particularly unreliable and can damage normal "Standby" UPS units.
