L7 Solutions, which Stott + Hoare founded with Matt Sullivan, Brett Looney and Andrew Milner in 2004 and helped grow into a substantial business employing 130 staff and generating revenue of more than $40 million in 2010-11, was sold to ASX-listed telecommunications provider Amcom in November 2011.
“We’re very proud of the success of L7 Solutions,” said Jim Loader, Stott + Hoare Managing Director.
“L7’s acquisition by Amcom at a price that reflects the past performance and future prospects of the business is very pleasing, and the new structure will enable it to fast-track its next few years of development.
“I wish L7 and Amcom every success, and expect that Stott + Hoare will maintain an ongoing relationship with the L7 team.
“Stott + Hoare will continue to provide our existing and new clients with a complete range of IT hardware, software, services and solutions encompassing PCs, servers, storage, networking, virtualisation and consolidation, data centre infrastructure, and more – with the highest level of technical expertise and excellent service,” Jim concluded.
