Sales team

Selling Solutions at Stott + Hoare requires extensive product knowledge and an understanding of customers' unique IT environments.  Our sales people must also be aware of our clients' business strategies and objectives, to be able to provide the most appropriate IT infrastructure and services.

Our Business Development Managers and Account Managers are not only required to attend vendor product training courses and pass examinations to earn accreditations. They must also be able to develop relationships with customers by demonstrating that they can add value by providing relevant information and advice, as well as offering products and services at the most competitive prices.

The Sales Team at Stott + Hoare is a valuable resource to many businesses and government organisations navigating today's complex IT environment for the best Solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Jim Loader - Director

Jim is the Director of Stott + Hoare and has 30 years experience in the IT industry including 19 years as a Company Director. He has a proven track record in successfully managing a leading IT Hardware and Services operation and achieving IBM Business Partner of the Year awards for an unprecedented five consecutive years from 1999 to 2003 and again in 2008. He is also recognised by many businesses and government organisations for his ability to deliver complex technical solutions to meet critical business objectives.

Jim's focus on understanding business processes, building the best relationships with suppliers and customers, achieving customer satisfaction by utilising the best available technology and employing excellent service personnel that has resulted in significant reductions in the total cost of IT infrastructure for many businesses and government departments.

Brian Hawkins - Sales Manager

BA (Hons), Post Graduate Certificate of Education

Brian has over ten years experience understanding clients' specific IT requirements and providing solutions based on leading brand technology.  His extensive product knowledge and consultative approach is popular with many of Stott + Hoare's large corporate and government clients because they appreciate his ability to assist them address their ongoing IT objectives.

Brian and the company's Solution Architects determine the most appropriate products and services for each client requirement through a technology assessment and needs analysis process that clearly identifies the best solution.  Brian also prepares detailed tender submissions and technical recommendations to assist clients during the decision making process.

When clients order products and services Brian manages the resources required to meet or exceed their expectations and communicates regularly to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction is maintained.

Natalie Hare - Business Development Manager

Natalie has over five years experience selling enterprise IT solutions in the Corporate and Education markets. Natalie has developed extensive product knowledge covering desktop, mobile, server, storage hardware and networking solutions as well as more recently, content management, portal and social media technologies. Her wealth of experience, customer focus and strong work ethic are highly regarded by all customers.

As Business Development Manager, Natalie's main objective is to understand the needs of organisations who have not previously engaged Stott + Hoare for PC lifecycle management, and server and storage virtualisation solutions. Natalie is available to work closely with customers and make appropriate recommendations to demonstrate the value of our Tier 1 brand technology and our comprehensive range of integration and support services.

Gary Croucher - Business Development Manager

Gary has 25 years experience in the IT industry.  He has a proven and successful track record of working with major corporate accounts from a wide range of vertical sectors.   As well as this he has an established background of engaging with public sector organisations.  These range from Health Authorities to large Central Government Departments, and Emergency Services.

Gary's focus is on developing long standing business relationships with his clients.  This allows him to gain a complete understanding of his customers business objectives, and thus ensure he can provide a tailored solution that meets their needs both now and in the future.

Gary's overriding objective is to ensure his clients experience of working  with Stott + Hoare always exceeds their expectation.  To ensure this is the case, Gary is an expert in managing the resource at his disposal.  Gary's commitment to his customers is that he will provide an account team, represented by industry professionals that share in the same drive and enthusiasm as himself.

Wayne Ellis - Commercial Account Manager

VMware VSP, VTSP and VLE, Citrix CCSP, Veeam VMSP

Wayne has over 20 years experience in the IT industry. He has a successful and proven track record in European distribution, from initially working in a warehouse to selling printers to becoming a Virtualisation Licensing specialist. Wayne has developed extensive knowledge and understanding of VMware and their licensing programs. He has accreditations in VMware, Veeam and Citrix and has developed important key relationships with these and other vendors.

As Commercial Account Manager, Wayne is responsible for ensuring our vendors provide Stott + Hoare with the best possible service so we can in turn pass this on to our customers. This also involves developing our supplier accreditation program to increase the levels of expertise we can offer. Wayne assists the Sales Team with his expertise and experience in software licensing, licensing programs and renewals to ensure we are always providing the very best options.

Robby Meyer - Senior Account Manager

BSc (InfSys)

Coming from a technical background and with over 7 years sales experience in the Mining, Telecommunications and IT industries, Robby has technical expertise and strives to find the best solution to fit his customers’ needs.  Robby has a strong HP and IBM knowledge background, and a passion for new technology.

He works closely with our Business Development Managers and Solutions Architects to ensure our customers receive the correct configuration solutions, the best price, on time delivery and an outstanding overall service.

Sarah Kingham - Account Manager

As an Account Manager, Sarah Kingham brings to Stott + Hoare over 7 years experience in the IT sales industry.  Sarah has a great drive to succeed and strives to find the best solution to fit her customers' needs.  Her broad knowledge of Stott + Hoare's products and services makes her an essential part of our winning team. She ensures the right solution and a competitive price is always delivered.

Sarah is also an integral part of the education team, working alongside our Education Business Development Manager.

Oliver Ralphs - Sales Consultant

Cert III and IV in IT (Network Management), ITIL Foundations, MCP

Oliver has wide experience in the IT industry, having joined Stott + Hoare from a technical and engineering support background.

This experience has prepared him well for his current position in sales and customer service, where he is developing his career with a focus on finding solutions for customer needs. Oliver’s primary objective is to ensure he consistently provides customer satisfaction through his hard work and determination.

As a Sales Consultant at Stott + Hoare, Oliver has assisted the Sales Team in maximising results and prides himself on exceeding customer expectations.

Rachel Peters - Sales Administrator

Rachel Peters comes to Stott + Hoare with a valuable background in sales and administration.   Rachel has proved herself to be a vital part of the integral  Stott + Hoare team by providing exceptional service to both our external and internal customers in her role as Sales Administrator, she is a valued part of the sales team.

Rachel is responsible for the sales order process ranging from placing the order with our vendors, obtaining the best competitive price and following the order through the delivery process to fulfil the customers' delivery requirements ensuring a satisfactory solution is achieved every time.   Rachel has the backing of our highly skilled team of service and dispatch staff who assist her to meet important and crucial deadlines required by our customers. Using her well developed communication skills Rachel understands how vital it is to keep both vendors and customers informed throughout every step of the sales process.

Anna Rossow - Sales Administrator

Cert Bus Admin, BA Language Studies

Anna Rossow has significant experience with customers and knows the importance of providing exceptional service.  When orders arrive from customers Anna takes immediate action by determining the availability of products and sending purchase orders to suppliers.   Anna appreciates many of the products supplied by Stott + Hoare are mission critical to customers' business requirements and must receive the highest priority across the Supply Chain.

Anna communicates daily with customers and suppliers to ensure products are shipped promptly to meet or exceed our customers' delivery expectations.   Our Service and Inventory and Service Teams support Anna by providing essential information and the technical resources to meet complex pre-delivery and on-site installation requirements.

By employing individuals with the talent and work ethic of Anna Rossow, Stott + Hoare hopes to remain ahead of its competitors and attract more customers.

Sandy Patience - Sales Administrator

Sandy has extensive experience in administration with a primary focus on sales. She has excellent organisational and communication skills which she puts to use providing outstanding results in fulfilling our customers’ delivery requirements.

Sandy communicates daily with suppliers to ensure we obtain the best pricing available and the quickest delivery timings. Her strong work ethic assists the Stott + Hoare team to meet customers’ business needs and keeps us ahead of the competition in the IT industry.
