Stott Hoare Returns Policy & Refunds Policy for Online Orders

At Stott Hoare we want our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchases.

Please therefore select your products and services diligently as returns for a refund are not normally provided when you have selected the wrong item, changed your mind or located the goods at a lower cost elsewhere. We recommend you carefully analyse your orders before proceeding to the payment stage.

We ask that you inspect your purchase on delivery and notify us within seven (7) days of delivery of any defect, quantity error, damage or failure to comply with product descriptions. Our friendly sales and service team will act promptly to resolve any issues to ensure you are totally satisfied.

Australian Consumer Law entitles you to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
